Can I personalise my order?
Yes! Most of our products can be personalised with names, dates, colours or phrases. Just enter your details in the boxes provided on the product page. We’ll handle the rest.
How long will it take to make my order?
Most orders are produced within 1–3 working days. You'll receive an email once your order is shipped.
How long does delivery take?
We ship from the UK. Approximate delivery times:
- UK: 1–3 working days
- Europe: 3–7 working days
- USA/International: 5–10 working days
Tracked shipping upgrades are available at checkout.
Can I make changes after placing my order?
We start work quickly to keep turnaround times short. If you need to make a change, please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order and we’ll do our best to help.
Can I return personalised items?
Because personalised products are made to order, we can’t accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. If there's a problem, contact us and we’ll sort it.
What kind of materials do you use?
We print on professional-grade 280–300gsm card stock using a high-resolution Xerox press. Foil and label products are made in-house using premium vinyl, adhesive, and heat-activated foil.
What are the barcodes or QR codes used for?
Some of our products include a small barcode in a location that is discrete (example on the underside of a box or back of a greeting card. These are used for our internal automation and order matching. We don't want to send you somebody else's order!
