Refund policy

RETURNS

1.01 Allowed
If your item is a standard product it can be returned with 14 days of the day you received it.  The item must be returned in good condition it was received and unused.
You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to ZingaBoo.

1.02 Not Allowed
Non-standard products (e.g. those with customised wording, bespoke sizes, and colours) can not be returned.

1.03 Request A Refund
To request a refund please click on the chat icon in the bottom right hand corner of your screen

1.04 Refunds For Returns
If your item(s) is eligible for a return the refund you will receive is as follows:

1.04.01 Returning ONLY part of your order
You will be refunded the cost of the item being returned and no postage.

1.04.02 Returning all of your order
If you are returning all of your order, you will be refunded the cost of the items ordered plus the lowest postage option that was available to you at t the time you placed your order.

1.05 When will you receive your refund?
Providing the items you return are eligible for a return and they are returned in an unused and good condition, your refund will be processed within 14 working days of your return being received.
